In order for the Neonatal Care Course programme to get to full sustainability, a country needs to be able to run its own Generic Instructor Courses to keep training new faculty members. Training up in-country GIC instructors has been a challenge. A major plus is the recruitment of a potential educator for the Cameroonian instructor training courses.
